Living is Giving DVD

The new Living is Giving DVD tells the story of the church’s work with immediacy and impact. Called God's Life is Shared, the DVD features stories from some of the people you are helping through your regular giving — people whose ministry is making a difference in the community.

God's Life is Shared is ideal for screening during worship, Bible study or discussion groups, or at congregational meetings when decisions about Living is Giving mission focus areas are being made.

It contains four segments: an overview of Living is Giving, tertiary chaplaincy, chaplaincy with mental health patients and prisoners, and rural chaplaincy.

The first segment, An overview of Living is Giving, will give you and your congregation a comprehensive understanding of Living is Giving and the important work your giving supports. The supplementary segments give in-depth information about three of the Living is Giving mission focus areas that Uniting Church congregations can support. You’ll meet some of the people involved in those ministry areas, and hear about how they’re bringing God’s love and hope to the communities around them.
